I was worried the brace would slide off but the strap system keeps it snug. My 60lb boxer wears it at the dog park and it stays put. She has arthritis in her hind legs and this seems to help her keep up with the other dogs.
It does what it says — provides support for the hind leg. My German Shepherd wears it for walks and it stays in place. The material is a bit warm though, so I take it off after we get home. For $50 it's pretty good compared to the $200+ ones the vet sells.
