We know you're eager to get your dog's new wellness essentials — so we work hard to get every order packed, shipped, and tracked as quickly as possible.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive:

  • Order confirmation email — immediately after purchase
  • Shipping confirmation email — with tracking number once your order ships

Express Shipping

Express shipping is available for all supported destinations. Select it at checkout.

Delivery estimates begin from the date your order ships, not the date it's placed. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.


Order Tracking

Every order is fully tracked. Once your package ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

  • Check your spam/junk folder first
  • Allow up to 3 business days after ordering
  • Still nothing? Email us at hello@pawdigo.com and we'll sort it out

You can also track your order by logging into your Pawdigo account and visiting the "Orders" section.


Free Shipping

Orders over $50 USD qualify for free standard shipping to all supported destinations (US, EU, AU, CA, NZ). This is applied automatically at checkout — no coupon code needed.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

For orders shipping outside the United States, please be aware:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees may apply and are determined by your country's customs authority
  • These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping costs or product prices
  • We declare all packages at full value with "Pet Supplies" as the customs description
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office if you're unsure what to expect

Lost or Delayed Packages

Most packages arrive within the estimated delivery window, but occasional delays can happen — especially during peak shipping seasons, holidays, or customs processing for international orders.

If your package hasn't arrived:

  • Within the estimated window: Allow a few extra business days, as tracking updates can sometimes lag
  • Within 20 business days of shipping: Contact us at hello@pawdigo.com and we'll investigate with the carrier
  • Within 30 days: If your order still hasn't arrived, we'll send a full replacement or refund — your choice

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

  • Before the order ships: Contact us at hello@pawdigo.com as soon as possible and we'll update your address
  • After the order ships: We may not be able to redirect the package. Unfortunately, we can't take responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout
