Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your dog to be completely happy with your Pawdigo purchase. Every order is backed by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee — because if it doesn't work for your dog, it doesn't work for us.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. No hoops, no fine print.
To qualify for a return:
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
- Return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
- You must provide your order number
How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@pawdigo.com with your order number and the reason for your return
- We'll respond within 24 hours with return instructions and a prepaid return shipping label — return shipping is free
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the prepaid label
- Drop it off at your nearest post office or shipping drop-off point
- Refund processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving your return, to your original payment method
Please allow an additional 2–3 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund on their end.
Free Size Exchanges — Knee Brace
Ordered the wrong size knee brace? No worries — we've got you covered.
- Free size exchanges within 30 days of delivery
- We'll send you a prepaid return label for the original brace
- Your new size ships as soon as we receive the return (or sooner — we often ship the replacement right away)
- Email hello@pawdigo.com with your order number and the size you need
Getting the right fit matters for your dog's comfort and support. If you're unsure about sizing, check our size guide or email us before ordering — we're happy to help you measure.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we sincerely apologize — and we'll make it right immediately.
Here's what to do:
- Take a photo of the damaged or defective item
- Email the photo to hello@pawdigo.com along with your order number
- We'll arrange an immediate replacement or full refund within 2 business days
No need to return the damaged item. We don't want you to deal with the hassle of shipping back something that arrived broken.
What Can't Be Returned
To be transparent, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered beyond initial inspection
- Items damaged by the customer (as opposed to shipping damage or manufacturing defects)
- Items returned after the 30-day window
If you're unsure whether your item qualifies, email us — we'll always try to find a fair solution.
Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are eligible for a full refund under the same 30-day policy. The refund amount will reflect the price you actually paid.
Your Rights Under GDPR and Consumer Protection Laws
We respect your rights as a consumer:
- EU customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Rights Directive, in addition to our 30-day guarantee
- Australian customers are covered by the Australian Consumer Law, which provides remedies for faulty goods regardless of our return policy
- All customers have the right to a remedy for products that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose
Our 30-day guarantee is in addition to — not instead of — any statutory rights you may have under local consumer protection laws.
Refund Method
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout
- If you paid via credit card, the refund will appear on your card statement
- If you paid via Apple Pay, Google Pay, or Shop Pay, the refund will be processed through that service
- We do not issue refunds via cash, check, or alternative payment methods
