All items purchased from Pawdigo are shipped pursuant to a shipment contract. Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.

Customs and Duties

For Australian customers: Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer rights under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
